Career and Education Development

Our staff will work one-on-one with our members to assist in Career and Education Development which includes building resumes, securing employment and furthering education. Director Christopher Murphy with meet with each member upon arrival and begin to create a blueprint for career development and advancement. Our housing is a walking distance away from endless job opportunities, making it easy for our members to get to and from work. 

The Archway Foundation also offers assistance for members who are looking to further their education. Our Boca Raton housing is located less than a mile away from Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College. We will help our interested members in the college application process and and will help members to safely transition into a college setting. This hands-on approach offers great advantages for our members who plan on furthering their education.
